This video was developed by Headstrong through funding from Genio in 2012 to develop a series of peer education workshops in the area of youth mental health and to train six peer educators to deliver these workshops to other young people in their local communities. The video features young people speaking to camera on how the presence of 'One Good Adult' in their life has had a positive influence on them and their mental health.
