The HSE & Genio hosted this online information learning session on the 8th December 2021 which looked at Governance and Leadership choices faced by organisations currently undergoing decongregation. This event shared the learning from the new report launched by the NDA on Staff and Change Management; data collected from the SRF Action Research on Governance and Leadership from six organisations during their decongregation process; and outlined the training and support opportunities planned for 2022 for services working to decongregate settings.
