Genio are currently looking for a consultant who will lead out on the development of a Social Inclusion Engagement Framework
Purpose/objective of the Project
The purpose of this project is to develop a Social Inclusion Engagement Framework with input from People with Lived Experience (PWLE) informed by the recently published report "Meaningful Involvement in Services in Health and Social Care - Towards an Inclusive and Effective Public and Patient Engagement Strategy for Lived Experience Populations Facing Inequality" by University of Galway by using learnings that are applicable to all Health Service Executive Social (HSE) Social Inclusion (SI) groups outlined below, from now on referred to as HSE SI groups:
- People who are experiencing homelessness;
- People who use drugs and alcohol in a harmful way;
- Vulnerable migrants, refugees, Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection (BOTPs) and international protection applicants;
- Traveller and Roma communities;
- Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI+) people;
- People who experience domestic, sexual and genderbased violence (DSGBV) and Human Trafficking.
